Impossible not to have a great time at this golfer's getaway home 5 minutes from top shopping, dining, and golfing. Includes: - Hot tub - Grill & outdoor dining/lounge spaces - Smart TVs in every bedroom and living room - YouTube TV - Playground, basketball hoop & putting green - Coffee/espresso bar - Dog friendly - Hi-speed WiFi - Washer/dryer - King-sized bed - RV gate w/electrical hookup No partiers please. Good to know

The home is 1,330 sq. ft. with 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, and an RV gate. There are 4 separate beds in the home: - King in master bedroom - Queen in 2nd bedroom - Queen in 3rd bedroom - Sleeper sofa in living room Pack and play is also available and fits well in the master closet. There is a fireplace in living room, but it's not operational. The kitchen is stocked with utensils and near the dining area. Bumbo for infants will be available. Hot tub is operational and available to use year-round. Putting green will have putters and golf balls available to use. Playground is intended for children 3 years+. A basketball will be provided for the basketball hoop. There is a dedicated office space in the master walk-in closet.

Other Details to Note

Quiet hours in the backyard are enforced from 9 pm - 8 am. For your safety and the safety of the home, we have three external security cameras installed to monitor points of entry. None of the cameras point towards interior spaces. There is one camera located in the side yard to allow monitoring of the RV gate. For long-term stays of at least 2 weeks, we do require the scheduling of mid-stay cleanings, during which you will have to be offsite for approximately 2-3 hours. You will be responsible for 50% of any extra required cleanings, not to exceed $100 per cleaning.

Guest Access

We have a smart lock, so accessing the house is extremely easy. The driveway has space for two cars and there is ample free street parking available. The garage is not accessible as it is locked and used for storage.

Host is very responsive and wonderful!Perfect house for a family with kids. We stayed recently with 4 kids (2 are infants). The house had so much unexpected baby gear we were pleasantly surprised when we opened all the closets. Our kids loved the toys and books in the house and of course they loved the backyard! It was unexpectedly hot during our stay which limited the amount of time we were able to be in the backyard but Debra left a book with lots or suggestions of things to do around the area. We were able to use a lot of her suggestions.

Not only is the location of Debra’s house amazing, so close to shopping, restaurants and amenities, but the home itself has so much to offer! I have 2 small kids and they had such a great time playing both outside and inside. Debra also has so much gear for littles available to use… even a baby monitor! So incredibly convenient to not have to haul all the extra things that come with kiddos while traveling! Highly recommend staying here!

This was honestly one of the best air bnb experiences I’ve ever had! The place was SPARKLING clean, and even nicer in person. It’s about 5 minutes from shops and restaurants, and in a quiet neighborhood. The backyard was really perfect for folks traveling with pets or kiddos Debra was responsive to our messages and checked in to make sure we were enjoying our stay. We would certainly stay again!

We had such a wonderful stay! The house was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The beds were very comfy, which made a big difference after long days out. The yard was absolutely perfect for our son, and the added inflatable bounce house was a huge hit with our family. It made the trip extra special and gave him so much space to play safely. We also really appreciated all the baby items provided. Traveling with kids can be a lot, and having those extras available made everything so much easier for our family. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

We had a wonderful stay! The location was excellent and close to so many fun activities, which made it perfect for our family. The place was very kid-friendly and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable trip. The hot tub was especially nice to relax in and the kids absolutely loved the swing set. The host was very responsive and quickly helped us resolve a minor issue with the tv, which we really appreciated. We would definitely recommend this place to future guests.
