Strawberry Fields has 1,428 sq. ft. plus a 400 sq. ft. garage which has been converted to a climate-controlled rec room/gym. It's newly renovated and thoughtfully designed -- you will wish this was your home! LIVING ROOM AND KITCHEN: The roomy living area features a huge sectional with plenty of additional seating around the big-screen TV. There's a record player (Beatles-themed, of course!) and sound bar from which to listen to music. The living room flows into the kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is newly remodeled with a huge island! You'll have everything you need and enjoy eating in the glam velvet chairs or at the bar stools at the island. GAME ROOM: The garage has been converted into a super fun game room with a ping pong table, XBOX gaming area with big-screen TV, mini-fridge/wine cooler, kid's games and toys, workout equipment, and more! It's insulated and climate-controlled, so it can be used all year round. OUTDOORS: More fun outside awaits! Soak in the Jacuzzi, practice your putting, or compete at cornhole or Connect 4. You can also soak up the sun in our chaise loungers or enjoy the shade under the covered patio and gazebo. Grill up some burgers and dogs with the high-end Weber grill and end the night around the fire pit. There is something for everyone! BEDROOMS: Each bedroom is equipped with amazing bedding, pillows, and its own unique flair. You will have everything you need, including full-length mirrors, luggage racks, and hangers. One of the bedrooms even has a desk and chair for remote workers. BATHROOMS: The bathrooms are newly renovated and a delight to use! They have all the amenities you'd expect and more.
Other Details to Note
There are oleander bushes in the backyard, which are poisonous if consumed by dogs. Fireplace is not operational.
